Trying to diagnose a BSOD we're getting. Looks like tmcomm.sys is the cause, but I'm not sure if the solution would be something as simple just reinstalling the client.
We use WFBS Server version 7.0.2360 SP1. Security agent version 17.0.2316.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

This could happen if a driver has been corrupted or if there is an existing old version of the driver that cause the crash. You may do the manual removal procedure from the article below to be sure all drivers would be remove.
Once it remove, kindly re-install the security agent by creating a client package by following the instructions in this link:
In case the issue would persist, kindly submit a ticket to our technical support by calling our support hotline so our engineers could help on troubleshooting on this issue. This might need a full memory dump to analyze the cause of the crash.
