Password: How to reset or remove

Hi all

I have Worry Free Bus Sec and I need to reset my basswood for console logon but the problem that I don't know the old password and the email that he asked me.

So if any one know how please help me .

Near the top of this page, hover your mouse over the "Small Business" tab, scroll down the drop-down list and click Support. In the box under the words "Search our Knowledge Base," type in "reset password" without the quotation marks, then click Search.

 

Use the article appropriate to your particular version of WFBS.

Hi Alrazehy,

 

 

If you are using WFBS 6.0 SP3 or WFBS 7.0 this one will work for you:

But if your version is lower that this, you cannot find any public KB in our Knowledge Base site to reset it manually.

 

You may go to this URL and  file an online case to request the steps on how to manually reset your WFBS password.:
