stuck in starting your protection

Tried to restart a scan which would not restart Kept asking is I wanted to restart cancel etc. Then used task manager ot close trend. now trend says starting your protectio  " Tried rebooting laptop does not work

I do apologize for this inconvenience but this is already a known issue to us and we already have a fix for this. You may try to follow the instructions on this link.
