Vizorhtmldialog.exe problem - please help!

Hello,

 

I am trying to install my new Titanium Maximum Security but I cannot seem to get the program to load (and am very disapointed as I really liked my last version and was looking forward to my upgrade this year!).

 

I get the following error message

Hitting debug doesnt seem to do anything for me.....

 

Has anyone else had the same problem?  From my google searches on the problem it sounds like something I may be able to fix with a download but im not sure which one to trust!

 

I would really appreciate any advice I can get.

That problem is new to me xD

 

When does the problem occur?

Maybe there is something on your computer which causes that error?

Did you take off the old version first and restart your computer?

After re-starting and before installing Titanium, clean it wit Ccleaner.

Tell me if it's OK.

hello Positivethinker did you reinstalled the product if not please refer to this link how to remove trend micro titanium 2011 from the computer

after you've uninstalled follow those steps

 

A. Delete TrendMicro in the Registry

1. Click Start and click Run (Start Search if using Vista or W7)

2. Type regedit and click OK or hit the Enter button

3. Look for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE on the left pane of the Registry Editor and expand it.

4. Under it expand Software

5. Under Software look for TrendMicro folder and delete it

6. Close Registry Editor



B. Delete Trend Micro under C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data (C:\Programdata if using Vista or W7)

1. Click Start and click Run (Start Search if using Vista or W7)

2. Type C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data (C:\Programdata if using Vista or W7) and hit Enter

3. Look for the Trend Micro folder and Delete it



C. Delete Trend Micro folder under Program Files

1. Click Start and click Run (Start Search if using Vista or W7)

2. Type C:\Program Files and hit Enter

3. Look for the Trend Micro folder and Delete it

 

After you've followed those steps then go to C:\Windows\Temp and delete everything what is inside and close the folder

 

after this Run CCleaner and clean your junk files and registry problems using CCleaner and then try to install it again

Thank you everyone for your help! I have fumbled my way through the instructions, just one question... what on earth is ccleaner?! And where will I find it? Thanks again! I hope it works!
