I have tried more then a few times to download after renewing, now it tells me I am not connected to internet and cannot contact Trend Micro. Yet I am able to get on here and access internet for anything else

Try to follow the instructions below:
a. Open the Trend Micro Titanium main console.
b. Click the Gear button.
c. Click "Other Settings" on the left pane, then click "Proxy Settings".
d. Uncheck "Use Proxy Settings to connect to the Internet".
e. Click the "Apply" button.

Thank you for your input, but I have decided to go with another software. The Trend Micro support after 6 emails and 3 phone calls did not give me a useable solution.
