My Trend micro antivirus is not working.

Hi,

 

I am new to this forum. I have upgraded from the trend micro to titanium version in March.

For some reasons, my antivirus program is turned off from last week.  I am not able to turned it on now using window security.

 

Is that possible to uninstall and then again re-installing the trend micro titanium internet security.

 

I have tried - stoping all components and then starting all components thing but it didn't work.

 

Can you please suggest something simple because I have very limited knowledge regarding computers.

Hi PK,

 

I am so sorry to know that your Trend Micro program is off.  To further analyze the condition of your computer, you may try to generate a System Information log file by following this link.

 

I'll let you know what is my analysis as soon as I've got the file that I need.
