My trend micro max prot has not updated in last few days, discovered that it not seeing internet connection though i am connected 24/7, and not using proxy etc. Any one have similar problem and solution?

What was the exact error message you have on the Trend Micro console?

You need an internet connection to check for the updates.
That is the error message. Though i am connected without proxy. and added exception to windows firewall.
