I have done a cross-upgrade of NeatSuite Std to Enterprise Security Suite for Officescan product from 8 to 10.6. On version 8 I only used to put in a password, now with the upgrade a username field and password comes up. I remember the password but don't know what user account it is associated on. I have tried local users on as well as domain admin user accounts and cannot login in. this is very frustrating as well as finally finding this forum to ask questions. How do I reset to a new username and password so I can login?

The default user in OfficeScan 10 is "root". Password is the same as on version 8.
