Re: How to use Device Control in OfficeScan 10.5

Hi Luisdm80

I would like to verify your concern, you want assistance in adding a domain on your officescan server or you want assistance in configuring the Device Access Control on your Officescan 10.5?

Device Access Control is used to protect your computer against Autorun malware, meaning these are related to devices such as USB/pen drives, smart phones or any device you can connect to your computer.

Kindly visit the link below for guidelines in configuring your Device access control:

Hope this helps

Re: How to use Device Control in OfficeScan 10.5

Thanks for the information.

But the article does not specify how to add an exception for a program.

Anyone know how?

I have to add the program path or just the program.

C: \ Program Files \ Abc \ abc.exe

or

abc.exe

Best regards,

Luis.
