When I want to update my antivirus by right click on the officescan, it show the below message.

I believe you should submit a ticket for this concern on the Enterprise Technical Support as to the product you are inquiring here is a non-home and home office program.

That dialogue box would indicate that an update is in fact running. Once it finishes getting the information from your Office Scan Server, or the TM cloud depending on your set up, it would go away. Then you should be able to right click on the Office Scan globe and pick from the various options available.
