We are ok with the designation for Pornography/18+, but why disease/spyware/proxy avoidance? We do no such thing.

Hi,
I have made 2 requests via the Give Feedback link and have not heard anything. It has been a week maybe and I do not know how long it takes to process. Can you please check this? The site is flight1.com, and we have never hosted malware, but one totally safe installer that shipped a Microsoft DLL update was flagged with a false positive from several vendors in error, and that started a wave of problems.
Why can't Trend Micro examine the file in question before adding an entire site to a blocklist? If they checked it it would have been easy to recognize that the setup was flagged with a false positive. A trend micro customer complained to us that they could not reach our site. We were able to get him into the site, but I wish this could have been avoided.
Sorry for the little vent, but we were stuck doing customer support for something that started as a false-positive on an update file, and now I can't get the site unlisted from your system. I checked the site in many other site checkers and it is OK, but it is hung in Trend Micro's site for some reason.
It would also be nice if Trend Micro could contact us if there is ever a problem. Have a place where companies can register, and be notified if there is a concern. In so many cases it could be a false positive.
Thanks,
Steve
