False positive on Genieo

Hi,
Our weekly Total Virus scan found a few false positive on our client by TrendMicro

TROJ_DLOADER.BMC

TrendMicro-HouseCall

Genieo is real company with a real product and not a virus or other malware.
See press release http://www.genieo.com/press/
Attached is a zip file contine the files detected as false positive
Please help us resolved this asap.

hi Genieo,

 

Have you already tried including the file on your exception list?

 

Here are the steps on how to add the file to the exception list.

 

a.Open the main console of your Titanium program.
b.Click Settings.
c. Click Exception List.
d. Select the file that you want to excempt, then click OK.
e Try to see if the problem would still be there

I reported the false positive to http://esupport.trendmicro.com/srf/SRFMain.aspx as Mdas suggested on THursday and I'm still waiting to hear back.
