False positive on Genieo

Hi,

 

I was here a few weeks ago and was told problem is solved and that Genieo was added to the with list.

Today I received an email from one of our clients saying Trend Micro Titanium 2012 is flagging us as a threat and is blocking installation.

 

How can we resolve this ASAP?

It isn't a false positive.

 

Genieo is Malware.  It is a browser hijacker. 

 

Search "Genieo Malware" or "Genieo Virus" and notice there are hundreds of returns from people who have been infested by your program?

 

Genieo offers a software removal tool.  I have a question for you.  Whay would you go to a site that installed an unwanted program on your computer that requires advanced skills to remove, and download an unknown program?

 

I downloaded and quarenteed the program to scan it.  It returned as a dangerous virus and was auto deleted.
