License transfer for Trend Micro Longevity is currently a system limitation. That is the reason why you are unable to use the same activation code on the other device where you want to transfer the subscription. Anyway, we can generate a new code for you to use on your second phone. Upon activation, this would deactivate the first subscription that you had on your first phone and would reflect the same expiration date. To do this, we'll be needing you to send me a Private Message with the following information:
- Activation Code / Serial Number
- Order Number - Email Address
- Device ID
Kindly attached a copy of the order confirmation email as well so we can easily pull up your records on our end. Since you have 2 Longevity licenses, kindly forward both details via Private Message.
We would like to follow-up this case if the problem still exists. Please send a private message to fjords with the information asked for us to be able to check your record on our system so that we will be able to assist you further and to make sure that we were able to address your concern.
