I just got my MAC ProBook which has Windows XP working in Mac Paralles environment. Being the Windiows environment, however virtual, it still requires a firewall and AV software for protection. I have a subscribtion to TM on my PC machines. So I DL'd a new version of TM IS 2009 to install into Paralells. But wWhen I click the TrendMicro_Downloader.exe, I get en error that says "Unable to extract the installation program." Mind you, this is a real Windows desktop. It's OS is partitioned away from the MAC's. It will respond to exe's and install any type of PC software I give it.
Has anyone had troble like this before? Better yet, does anyone know how to fix this?
