Hi All,

You may send PM to Ken to get a copy of the tool that he used on this post. I have also notified him for this to make sure that he can send you guys the tool.

Thanks,
Rex

Re: Password

Hi,

I have the same problem with a corrupt password using Win XP, and TISPRO 2009.

Also, just picked up a new system tha is Vista64, can the same program be used or do I have to buy another product license\version?

Re: Password

Hi-

I have been trying to re-set my password and discovered that there is nothing in the documentation or menus to show how to do this.  I see that I am not the only person having this problem.   It looks like there is a "tool" available to fix this.  Can you please send it to me ASAP?

Thanks,

Trish

A PM is a private message.  Look for the envelope icon in the upper right corner to send a private message.

Ken is the guy who posted in this thread 09-01-2009 11:23 PM .  Click on his name and you're sending him a private message.  Voila!  :smileyvery-happy:

Re: Password

Why doesn't Trend just publish a simple description of the problem, and a step-by-step solution?  Better still, why doesn't Trend fix the problem?  Furthermore, why doesn't Trend say: "Oops, sorry!"?

I'm losing faith in you guys.  There are less expensive solutions with better customer support.
