Adding 64 bit machine to my network.

I have always had 32 bit machines and am replacing one with a 64 bit Vista machine.  How do I get the 64 bit version of Internet Security on to my new machine?  I hope I can use my present license.

PS: I found the Discussion Board page hard to use.

Re: Adding 64 bit machine to my network.

You can download the updated version of Trend Micro Internet Security on this link:

For Standard version:

http://www.trendmicro.com/download/product.asp?productid=123

For Pro Version:

http://www.trendmicro.com/download/product.asp?productid=116

It has the 32 and 64 bit installers.

Use the links provided above. Uninstall your old Trend Micro before upgrading to the new version. Or you can refer to this article

Re: Adding 64 bit machine to my network.

If I download the 64 bit version, will I be re-charged for it?  I still have ~9 months left on my subscription to the AV software that I have installed on the machine that I am replacing with the new 64 bit Windows 7 machine.

Thanks, Richard

Hi Richard,

There is no extra cost when you download the installer from our website or solution content.  :smileyhappy:
