I have always had 32 bit machines and am replacing one with a 64 bit Vista machine.  How do I get the 64 bit version of Internet Security on to my new machine?  I hope I can use my present license.

PS: I found the Discussion Board page hard to use.

You can download the updated version of Trend Micro Internet Security on this link:

For Standard version:

For Pro Version:

It has the 32 and 64 bit installers.

How do I update to my 64 bit version?  I have Windows 7.

Use the links provided above. Uninstall your old Trend Micro before upgrading to the new version. Or you can refer to this article

If I download the 64 bit version, will I be re-charged for it?  I still have ~9 months left on my subscription to the AV software that I have installed on the machine that I am replacing with the new 64 bit Windows 7 machine.

There is no extra cost when you download the installer from our website or solution content.
