Hi
In September I was able to renew my main computer only to have someone use one of my installations. Trend Customer Service was able to handle it and instruct me what to do. I now have Security Pro 2010. I also have 2 installaionts left. I am trying to renew/upgrade my laptop and I get the message:
Your current Trend Micro software does not support this upgrade. To get the latest version of Trend Micro Internet Security Pro, please contact the company that ....
I thought I should be able to renew my other two computers. Please explain.
Thank you
John

May I know what version of the program is currently installed on your laptop?

Hello jimhen. The problem that you are experiencing can also be the same with the problem that john15 encountered. I suggest that you uninstall the program first and then install the new version. You will be able to install the new version successfully.

Since you are using the same serial number for the new version, it will not make a difference because the expiration date of your subscription will still be the same when you install the new version of the program. If your serial number starts with D then you may follow the procedure I provided above.
