Ever since I purchased this software I have had nothing but problems with Internet Explorer constantly crashing. I have checked for viruses......the software finds nothing. I used to be able to Use House Call just in case as a back up if my AV software was suspect. Now to use house call is a joke.....or maybe because of the ISP 2010 I don't need it? None the less - This has been the worse experience with an AV software I have ever had and I have been with TREND for 6 years........What happened guys? To find information on your web site - yeah that's a joke too! Sorry but I think someone needs to know that you're slipping.
