TM Titanium won't install

I was looking at my subsription account yesterday and saw that I should update my old TM product to the Titanium.  In the process it unistalled my previous version (tm internet security pro) and downloaded Titanium.  But the installation of Titanium keeps stalling at 83%.  There doesn't appear to be anything to uninstall.  Now I'm without any virus or email protection.

What do I do?

I'm on windows vista home prem. if that helps.
