TIS 2010 20% FASTER? Using what time scale?

I imagine in cosmic time, it may be faster but currently it appears that I can measure the speed of this scan running right now in furlongs per fortnight.

1:30:27 elapsed time and it's just hit 60%.
Takes an eternity to load up at startup.

Is this just happening to me?
