I have the anti spam tool bar for trend micro internet security running my my pc but i still got these spam messages

are there any solutions so i can stop getting them?

and why am i getting them in the 1st place with anti spam toolbar running?

Hi,

The anti-spam toolbar will block or prevent spam messages however it doesnt guarantee 100% filtering since there's no perfect item.

Think of it this way... if you have a doctor in the family it doesn't guarantee you that you won't get sick forever. But it will lessen the chance of having sickness.

If in case that you are receiving spam messages, kindly report it to Trend Micro to improve spam filtering.

Are you accessing the email through Microsoft Outlook or via a web-based email client (i.e. Yahoo! Mail, Gmail)?
