SafeSync - Doesn't sync until I restart the software

I just started using Safesync (unlimited storage) and I've noticed an issue that when I update a file, it doesn't always sync right away.  Sometimes it will be days later and a file I updated still hasn't synced.  Then I restart the SafeSync software and it syncs.  What is the deal?  I'm using the "advanced" folder pairing, syncing a network folder.  Windows 7.

I think this issue is fixed with the last update released. Or you may alos attempt to try upgrading to the version 5.0
