Resending files created with One Touch 4.0 PDF Generator/Converter

I can receive a file create by one touch 4.0 but when I resend the file it never leaves my outlook out box. The transmission times out and ends.

Is Trend Micro software scanning the One Touch 4.0 PDF file when I resend it?

If so how do I fix the problem and be able to resend the file?

Hi cspewock,

 

Please check if this problem is really being caused by Trend micro. To do that, right-click on the Trend Micro icon on the system tray and click on exit. Afterwards, check if the message will leave you outbox.
