Removing Trend Micro Vault

Hi,

I recently uninstalled Trend Micro Internet Security 2011 from my computer. After doing so, I noticed a lingering Trend Micro Vault icon on my desktop. It looks like a broken shortcut, but I can't open it, delete it, or do anything to it.

Is there a way to remove this permanently?

Hi aaron5322,

We can follow the steps below to uninstall the Trend Micro Vault.

1. Open Trend Micro Titanium

2. Click Tools button

3. Click Trend micro vault

4. Click slide the on/off button

5. Click OK

We should now be able to remove the Trend Micro Vault on your computer.
