I have Max Security installed on a PC, that 2 of my children use. Naturally, I have configured parental controls for them, but since one of the last updates, it is now blocking email access on my own account (which is ofc not included in the parental controls).
In other words, its now blocking the parents access to stuff like email. Seems broken and I had to disable the whole thing now.

Hi mviertel,
Can you provide more information about this?
When you set up the Parental Controls on the computer, did you also set up the Web Acess Schedule feature? Is Data Theft Protection enabled?
When you say your email was blocked? Did you mean you cannot send out any emails? receive any emails? Did you receive any notification from Trend Micro? If yes, can you please provide a screenshot of the message?
Thank you very much!
Regards,

You can check if Trend is causing your problem by turning it off. To do that:
1. Right-click on the Trend Micro icon at the system tray.
2. Click Exit.
Check if the problem still persists
Peace and love!
