Parental Controls set from different computer

I have a 3 seat license for Titanium. I want to be able to set parental controls for websites from my laptop for my boy's computer that is in their room. Is there a way for me to set on their computer from my laptop? I'm sure that it is something simple that I am missing but as of now . . . no luck.

You need to set up the Parental Controls feature on the computer itself.
