Have you already tried including the file on your exception list?
Here are the steps on how to add the file to the exception list.
a.Open the main console of your Titanium program.
c. Click Exception List.
d. Select the file that you want to excempt, then click OK.
e Try to see if the problem would still be there

I got an email from your
Sr. Systems Engineer
"We verified that the files are non-malicious. The files are no longer detected by the latest pattern."
but found that it is not updated
I'm force to send the above virus total report to our clients to prove that TrendMicro is still the only anti virus vendore that is recognising us as fals positive.
Can you help me resolve this issue asap for both our customers.
