Home Defender bundled with new Linksys router - I want to uninstall!

I'm trying to uninstall Home Defender bundled with the new Linksys router I just bought. It keeps blocking internet sites - I'm a graduate studenet in Psychology and my husband is a Registered Nurse. We can't use Google without this program blocking us. There was NO OPTION when we installed the router to opt out of this program. I want it OFF MY COMPUTERS! We are in our 50's with no children at home and don't need it!
