Please help. I am trying to install Trend Micro Titanium Maxium Security and keep getting a message that the installation is incomplete. (Error Code: #1603, 0, 0x000). I tried to send a copy of the message that I have been receiving.

Hi Barbara,
Can you tell us at what certain point did it stop before you see the error message?
Also, you can try to check if there are other incompatible software like McAfee, Norton or MalwareBytes. You need to uninstall those programs.

Hi. As soon as I put in the serial number it will run for about a minute then the error message pops up and tells me that installation can not be completed. I had Norton and i have uninstalled it and everything else that had anything to do with viurs protection. I have also tried to do the diagnostic tool and that did not work.

Hi I went checked again and I don't have anymore antivirus software on my laptop. And I went and tried to install trend micro again and I get the above error message right after it says "Initializing the windows installer".

Hi Barbara3107,
Uninstall all Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package on your computer. You can check add/remove programs on the control panel. After uninstalling all Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package try to install again the program.

Hi.
I'm having the same problem as Barbara however after uninstalling the c++ program it still doesn't stops at the same place. I have tried downloading the program again but it makes no difference.
I'm trying to install maximum secrity 2012 and using windows 7.

Please try the steps below for the problem you are having.
I. Uninstall components of the initial installation that failed:

III. Apply the hotfix for the Titanium 2012 program

Hi onions,
Please make sure you have the latest Windows Updates installed on your computer. To do that, just click the Start > All Programs > Windows Update.
Also, check if you have the latest Windows Installer version. If not, you may download it on the link below:
