Running Windows XP, went to install new version of TM (Trend Micro Internet Security Pro to the 2010 Version). Printed out the information sheet and followed it.
I had just downloaded the installer file, closed all running applications, clicked run and as it was working we had a power failure.
Restarted system and nothing would work, everything would freeze. Tried to restart 3 times without any luck. Started in "Safe Mode" and would not allow me to get into TM at all.
Went back into Safe Mode and then did system restore to 2 days ago. This worked but Trend Micro still does not want to do anything. I cannot uninstall, or download the new version as it locks up all the time?
Can somebody assist me please?

Further to the above, when it reaches the stage "PUBLISHING PRODUCT INFORMATION'' this is where you get the "Not Responding" message and it all locks up.
I hope I do get some help on this matter.
