I purchased and downloaded Titanium Internet Security, but when I enter the serial number nothing happens.

Disregard my prior post.  Having enterered it a dozen times it was finally accepted.

Regarding this specific cases, it might be possible that you typed the wrong numbers. Instead of typing the number zero, it was typed as O.
