have the same problem with WFBSS (NFR key)
1. where i can write gateways for successful identification (in office/out of office)
2. all my cleints (windows xp sp3, windows 7 64-bit) are using smart scan. in agent console i can see following:

but in web console i see next issues:

and of course web console think that my computers is outdated. currently using only TM firewall (from WBFS agent)

Hi,
Just to update - I raised this with our regional Trend Micro pre-sales support contact last Wednesday (UK), and have still not had a response.
I've just checked back on the last few clients in the console, and they are all still showing as outdated, version 0.0.0.0 for Smart Scan Agent Pattern (which as far as I believe is the 'live' protection).
I'm not exactly impressed with the level of support so far, and this is while we are evaluating the product with look to purchase!
