Hi,
Despite implementing the following solution:
- Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\TrendMicro\UniClient\0
- Name: SeAgntMaxNum
- Type: REG_DWORD
- Data: 1
From the following article: http://esupport.trendmicro.com/solution/en-us/1058
Every user who logs on to our terminal server still gets an icon tray and the uiSeAgnt.exe application gets loaded for every user.
We've also implemented this solution for our Windows 2003 Terminal servers and it works fine there.
Did I forget something or are there any additional settings for a Windows 2008 R2 server?
Our specs:
OS:
Windows Server 2008 R2 Datacenter Edition (SP1) 64 bit
Remote Desktop Services
Trend Server:
Worry-Free Business Security Advanced
Version: 7.0
Build: 1435
Hot Fix History: Patch 1
Trend Client:
Trend Micro Wory-Free Business Security 64-bit
Version: 7.0.1592

I think on 64 bit systems the key should be under HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432\TrendMicro\...

You may also want to apply SP1 while you are at it as there were a of fixes between the build you are running now, and SP1. You can download SP1 at http://www.trendmicro.com/download.

Hello Christian,
Thanks for your reply, but we have a 64-bit system with a 64-bit Trend Micro installed. The Wow6432Node key is for 32-bit applications that run on a 64-bit version of Windows.
Kind regards,
Robert
