How can we update our ScanMail 10 license without having a connection to the internet?
The license is still valid because when we implement a test Exchange server with internet connection it works fine. However we can't connect our Exchange production server to the web because of our security policies.

You have to request a new license key. You can contact Online Registration support for this.
