I am new in this forum but I believe it'll be a great advantage and opportunity for me.

I am a support staff in my place of work and I've just been called by a client that they could not uninstall officescan client, on getting to the client's environment I found that an attempt to uninstall officescan client had been made causing some components to have been removed and leaving some reminants of officescan client on the computers.

All effort to remove these components of officescan clients prooved abortive and installing another officescan client display a message that officescan client already exist on the system.

I will appreciate any suggestion on how to get these removed, preferably if there is a removal tool to be used.

Thanks for your idea, I really appreciate and will give it a trial.

Betterstill is there any tool that can be used to uninstall or remove such difficult to remove software?

Appreciate any form of advise.
