Pop-up swarm help!

I am overwhelmed with pop-ups.  Trend Micro officescan is stopping them but they are really, really bothering me.  About every minute this URL is blocked: http://hasterulits.com  Can anyone tell me how this site is triggering this attacks and how to stop it. Thanks.

also you can disable OSCE pop-up when he block bad URL
