Hi,

After a upgrade IMSVA to 8.2 the autentication from users on EUQ stop working.

The LDAP is configured and sync with success with Lotus Domino Server .

The LDAP server is configured like: User/Domain/PT

All definitions are transported from de old appliance with de export/ import procedure.

No events in log (full detail for troubleshoot) with information from users attempts.

All work normally except logon and access to the EUQ.

Hi,

I need help for this trouble.

On configuration no problems on LDAP configuration, I submit “Save & Synchronize” with success.

On End-User Quarantine on option “Select LDAP groups to enable access” the groups are listed with no problems.

Only on authentication form for end-user are display: “The user name or password you entered is invalid. Please check your spelling and capitalization and try again”.

I try with: Account_Name (only); Account_Name/Domain_Name; Email; Account_Name/Server_IP

I think it´s a syntax problem with Account_Name, but don´t have more ideas.

Any suggestion?

IMSVA version: 8.2.0.1391

Domino version: 8.5.2FP2

Hi,

Just for testing, i start old VM with IMSVA aplliance (7.0 Build 1170).

End-User Quarantine woks perfectly.

LDAP and EUQ definitions are same, no reasons for not authenticate user on new appliance.

Any idea?
