All client are showing File Reputation Service unavailable under file reputation service status. All the component's are upto date and also i have noticed there is a small red cross in the process line.
OfficeScan 10.5.1083 running on a Windows 2008 DataCenter Server and we use MS IIS 7.5.
Anyone had the same problem?

First You should check, what Smart Protection Server the Clients are using.
Open the Client Console -> Help -> About
Under File-Reputation-Service You should find the URL, the client uses for FRS.
Then check that URL/machine whether it is reachable, Services are running and so on...

Hi ChrisKo,
Thanks for answer,
File Reputation Service: https://GOUDA-TECH3:4345/tmcss/ (Unavailable)
The server has recently been reinstalled with OfficeScan 10.5 and installed on MS IIS 7.5.
but after updating the server with NET. Framework 4.0 the service is unavailable.
How do I check the URL?

Install Patch 3 (Build 2122), maybe that solves the problem.
When not:
1. take a look at the IIS Logs under W3SVC4. Maybe You can find some errors
2. Check whether "Trend Micro Smart Scan Server" Service is running on the OfficeScan Server

Thanks, I have now updated OCSE with the hotfix, but with no improvement. Still the same error on “File Reputation Server Unavailable”
Smart Scan Server is running fine and there is nothing in the IIS logs.
And the clients will not automatic update the new Client Program.

What do You mean with "nothing in the IIS logs"? The logs are empty?
In this case, the clients do not even try to connect the FRS or do not get through.
Maybe there is a proxy or firewall problem...
What happen, when You telnet from the client to the FRS?

Sorry I just mean that i din not find not relevant data in the IIS log about this issue
We don’t use proxy and the firewall is disabled by domain GPO
Yes I can telnet to the FRS server from a client.
I think it could be something about the tmcss on the IIS, but I dont know what..

When the IIS logs show status code 200, FRS should work fine.
Maybe this solution helps:
