Hey
I'm having the exact same issue as you on 2 servers
Windows 2008 R2 x64
They are both in the same Microsoft Failover Cluster
I have tried reinstalling the client but the issue remains
Anyone got any suggestions?

Why do You not install Patch 2.2? TMListen.exe should have build 11.5.0.1713 then.
Regards

I am having similar issues with Windows 2008 R2 Failover Clusters but only on the node that holds the Quorum. The TMlisten services stops. Rebooting the server starts it again for a few hours then it stops. I am using OfficeScan 10 SP1 but can't upgrade to later versions.
Any ideas would be helpful.

Still don't a solution for this issue and I'm afraid I don't have any good cluster nodes to perform tests on due to the fact that the only 2008 r2 cluster I have is hosting production-applications
Any word from Trend Micro about this?

Found it!
Seems like the problem itself comes from having multiple IPs configured on the clients
http://esupport.trendmicro.com/solution/en-us/1035
Followed the instructions in this KB and worked like a charm after that
